Bungie 30th Anniversary Event - Destiny 2

This piece was created for Destiny 2's special release that celebrated Bungie's 30th Anniversary as a company. This environment was a collaboration between myself and Stephen Dobbs. Stephen modeled and UV'd all the treasure props, and helped compose their distribution. All other environment modelling, textures, shaders, by me (gold floors/walls/treasure piles, decorators, and animated environment assets). VFX and Lighting by Vinessa Mayer and Thad Steffen - and other misc. contributions from assets pulled from our asset libraries.

I was very proud to get the exotic results out of the vertex animated walls and ceilings, as well as the treasure pile materials. There is another section yet to be pictured here that is a ready room and a player-cannon door that liquifies open and close. Posts for those areas coming soon.

Over all this was an awesome environment to get to create and was an excellent first assignment to train Stephen on as my sidekick. Based on concepts by Sung Choi, and art direction by Rob Adams.
