30th Anniversary Eternity - Destiny 2

For Bungie's 30th Anniversary Release, we returned to the Eternity or Dareland palette to celebrate. I was responsible for the level geometry and aesthetics here, making a massive, bespoke series of monumental architectural assets that defined and facilitated excellent gunplay. This environment served as a rep-space that informed my creation of a formalized style guide in order to art direct various world artists - ultimately ensuring stylistic alignment across the destination.

Most shaders came from our Asset Library, but all level design and level geometry are custom applications of said prior art. Collaboration callout with Todd Juno for level design, Eric Cassels for skies, Vinessa Mayer VFX and Thad Steffen Lighting - as well as our destiny World Art team.

An absolute PLEASURE to return to this palette and get the chance to truly define the style.
